Beverages with Larch Arabinogalactan + 20% Dihydroquercetin
Larch arabinogalactan is highly water soluble and dissolves in hot or cold beverages, forms a clear solution, does not cause turbidity or precipitate out. Larch arabinogalactan is non-reactive and stable at temperatures up to 121°C or 250°C. It will not hydrolyze at low pH, and its high thermal stability allows it to be pasteurized. It has a low sensory impact as it is tasteless, odourless and colourless in solution. It may be added to a beverage by up to 60% of the daily reference value (DRV) for fiber without adding significant viscosity. All of these characteristics make larch arabinogalactan ideally suited for incorporation into a wide variety of functional beverages.
The addition of our larch arabinogalactan to beverage formulations is especially significant as it is fortified with 20% dihydroquercetin, thus giving functional beverages with our larch arabinogalactan a twofold advantage. Making it an ideal value added ingredient for everything from sports drinks and supplements, as well as beverages such as mineral waters, amongst others.
