Dihydroquercetin has a good solubility in acetone, methyl and ethyl alcohol, 1,2-propylene glycol, acetic ether, and hydrocarbons, but is insoluble in chloroform, sulphuric ether, and hydrocarbons. The solubility in water increases when more pure dihydroquercetin is used.
